Baked Rice and Beans

Instructions

Very easy recipe made with low effort in a single pan then baked in the oven. Taken from allrecipes "Best Baked Rice and Beans", and used for many years.

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Pour the rice in the dish, then stir in the dry seasonings until mixed
  3. Pour in the olive oil and stir until well mixed
  4. Add beans, salsa, broth, and mix it up.
  5. Cover tightly with foil, then cook in the oven for 1h 10 minutes.
